Credibility of Child Witness' Testimony

Indeed, as the defense asserts, a child witness’ testimony should normally be found credible due to his unlikely propensity to be dishonest. This Court, however, finds the credibility of accused-appellant’s nine-year old son, Reymel, to be doubtful. His testimony is necessarily suspect, as he is accused-appellant’s close relative.
